About Us

Founded in 2025 by UWC Dilijan students, the magazine was created as a result of students feeling that while many school initiatives address global issues, few provide space for individual student voices.

DiliTimes is UWC Dilijan’s student-run journal dedicated to political, global, economic, social, and cultural inquiry. Aiming to provide an alternative platform for thoughtful student discussion, analysis, and expression; ultimately trying to bring together diverse perspectives on the contemporary issues shaping our world.

At the heart of DiliTimes is the core belief that student perspectives are not only valuable, but essential. In a community as international and intellectually diverse as UWC Dilijan, dialogue thrives in an environment where multiple perspectives are given space to coexist, challenge each other and evolve.

The journal functions as a student-led organisation, with editorial and academic guidance provided by teachers across relevant disciplines. DiliTime’s editorial team is composed of a group of DP2 and DP1 students who have demonstrated strong literary and analytical ability, as well as a genuine commitment to engaging with global issues.

DiliTimes is published on a bimonthly basis and distributed to the entire UWC Dilijan community through physical and digitized copies. Rather than promoting a single narrative or ideology, the journal aims to present a range of voices, allowing readers to engage critically with ideas and form their own informed perspectives.
